Our Process
We don’t believe in coffee-chats, and the whole wining and dining masquerade of winning over clients. We love what we do, and we’re good at it. If you have a design, development or marketing project that needs to be completed quickly and professionally – reach out. You won’t be disappointed.
Scope
Tell us about your project, over the phone, by email, or in person. We’ll discuss preliminary options to help pencil in a scope for your project. We’ll send all details by email, and then a formal quote for you to accept. We understand and work well within project budget constraints. Project-based work require a 50% upfront deposit for work to begin*.
Work
We’ll start work immediately once the quote has been accepted and deposit paid (if applicable). For website projects, we use a live development server to host the WIP for you, the client to review and provide feedback as the website is being designed and/or developed. Deadlines are deadlines – we don’t miss them.
Deliver
If you’re not happy with something, why should we be. We pride ourselves on quality, and client satisfaction with the end result – so much so we offer a full seven-day cooling off period for website projects where changes can be made free of charge.
